Are you getting what you need?

What meeting planner can’t relate to these scenarios? You arrive at your meeting venue on Sunday afternoon in preparation for a smooth Monday morning start and you discover that the meeting materials you carefully packed at your office are still carefully packed-----at your office. Five states away.

Or perhaps this sounds familiar? In less than 10 hours your annual meeting begins. Half of your attendees have arrived and are settled in. The other half stuck in various airports because of an East Coast thunderstorm. And your perfectly orchestrated ground transportation plans flew out the window.

Tired of hearing about our awards?

Companies that win awards like the 2009 Pinnacle Award always brag about it. But you probably wonder why you should care. After all, awards don't help deliver the quality and service you expect.

Research says there are two good ways to measure customer satisfaction: willingness to return and willingness to recommend to others. Of those, the second is most meaningful. Think about it this way. You may be willing to return to a restaurant for a dish you like, even if the service is spotty. But would you recommend the place to someone if you thought they might have a bad experience?

That's why you should care about reader's choice awards like the Pinnacle. That list is a great place to start looking for a site. People just like you were willing to recommend them.

We're proud to have received the Pinnacle Award from Successful Meetings magazine for the
fourth year in a row.

Thanks to everyone who
recommended us!
